How Information is Used & Stored

Submitted inquiries are stored in Kalimpong Adventures's lead management database so our authorized travel coordinators can review your journey requirements, check vehicle/seat availability, and follow up with booking quotes. Basic request metadata (such as customer name, package title, and inquiry type) may also be logged to server diagnostics for application monitoring.

WhatsApp Communication

Upon submitting the form, your inquiry details are encoded into a pre-filled message and you are redirected to WhatsApp to communicate directly with our team. Any ongoing chat or itinerary coordination is subject to WhatsApp's standard platform policies.
